Day 8 of the Zurich Film Festival brought another memorable evening to the Green Carpet, with acclaimed filmmakers, actors and international guests gathering to celebrate the art of cinema.
Later in the evening, the spotlight turned for VATERLAND, August Diehl and Hanns Zischler appeared at the photocall. Zischler stars as Thomas Mann in Paweł Pawlikowski’s black-and-white film.
The Green Carpet then welcomed Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon for GENUSS FILM: THE TWINS DOMINIK SATO & FABIO TOFFOLON.



Director Valeska Grisebach attended the photocall for DAS GETRÄUMTE ABENTEUER, meeting photographers on the Green Carpet.
Among the evening’s highlights was Violette, presented with Leïla Bekhti, Jean-Pierre Jeunet and guests, bringing a touch of French cinema and star power to the festival.
The final photocall featured Marie Kreutzer for GENTLE MONSTER, closing the evening’s Green Carpet appearances at the Festival Center.




From elegant Green Carpet arrivals to conversations and encounters between cinema professionals and audiences, Day 8 captured the vibrant atmosphere that makes ZFF a meeting place for the international film community.
A night of remarkable films, distinguished guests and unforgettable festival moments.
